This impressive steading was completed in 2015. It has some fantastic views over the surrounding countryside. JHJ was appointed as main contractor to convert this steading, previously used for agricultural purposes into a modern and luxurious home.  All the walls were tanked and underpinned, a timber frame was manufactured on site within the stone walls to carry the new slated roof.  Rationel doors and windows and Icynene insulation was installed to make it air tight and efficient, incorporating MVHR, solar thermal and a small oil boiler.
