Rosehall was completed in 2019.  This simple and effective design is clad with Siberian larch with block and wet dash render. The roof is a mix of slate and corrugated sheeting, Rationel windows and doors,  and Icynene spray foam insulation with MVHR and a Nibe air source heat pump linked to solar panels for electricity.
